摘 要:目的 研究回授健康教育法对肾病综合征(nephrotic syndrome,NS)患儿及其主要照顾者的作用。方法 将2019年1月—2022年12月某院收治的100例肾病综合征患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组给予常规的NS健康宣教,观察组则给予回授健康教育法的健康宣教。比较干预前后两组患儿自我护理能力的评分、主要陪护者的一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale, GSES)评分,以及干预后的治疗有效率。结果 观察组患儿的治疗总有效率(94.00%)明显高于对照组(78.00%),差异有统计学意义。倍差法检验显示,在患儿的自我护理能力评分、主要照护者的GSES评分方面,干预的净效应有统计学意义,干预组的提高情况明显优于对照组。结论 回授健康教育法可有效提高NS患儿自我护理能力,并能提升患儿陪护者自我效能,值得借鉴。Objective To study the effect of teach-back health education on children with nephrotic syndrome(NS)and their primary caregivers.Methods From January 2019 to December 2022,a total of 100 children with NS admitted to a hospital were included as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)by random number table method.The control group received routine NF health education,while the observation group received teach-back health education based on the control group.Before and after intervention,the self-care ability scores,general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores of main caregivers,and post intervention treatment effectiveness rate between the two groups were compared and analyzed to evaluate the intervention effect.Results The treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group(94.00%)was higher than that of the control group(78.00%),and the difference was statistically significant.The difference in difference test showed that the net effect of the intervention was statistically significant in terms of the self-care ability score of the patient and the GSES score of the primary caregiver,and the improvement in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion The teach-back health education method can effectively improve the self-care ability of children with NF,and enhance the self-efficacy of caregivers,which is worth learning from.
