低温乙烯罐区丙烯制冷系统的模拟与优化

摘  要:本文对三种不同的丙烯压缩制冷流程进行了分析比较和模拟计算。在同样的冷剂冷量和规格的基础上,计算得出了带闪发式经济器的二级丙烯压缩制冷流程能耗最低、装置投资最省的结论。分析了补气压力对整个制冷系统性能和投资的影响,并获得了冷剂循环总量、补气量、压缩机各段功率、压缩后冷凝器热负荷及制冷系统的工作性能参数COP(CoefficientofPerformance)等随补气压力变化的曲线图。基于本文中所采用的带闪发式经济器的二级丙烯压缩制冷流程,最佳补气压力为0.65MPa(G)。在该补气压力下,热力学效率最高、能耗最低,同时固定投资最省,经济效益最佳。This paper analyzes,compares and simulates three different propylene compression refrigeration processes.On the basis of the same refrigerant cooling capacity and specifications,it is calculated that the two-stage propylene compression refrigeration process with a flash economizer has the lowest energy consumption and the most economical plant investment.The impact of make-up air pressure on the performance and investment of the entire refrigeration system is analyzed,and the curve graphs of the total refrigerant cycle,make-up air amount,compressor power in each section.condenser heat load after condensation,and the working performance parameter COP(Coefficient of Performance)of the refrigeration system with changes in make-up air pressure are obtained.Based on the two-stage propylene compression refrigeration process with a flash economizer adopted in this paper,the optimal make-up air pressure is 0.65MPag.Under this make-up air pressure,the thermodynamic efficiency is the highest,the energy consumption is the lowest,the fixed investment is the least,and the economic benefit is the best.
