摘 要:碳酸亚乙烯酯市场需求量快速增长,业内普遍采用间歇精馏提纯碳酸亚乙烯酯(VC),产品纯度及自动化程度较低、设备投资大。本文介绍的改进方案对精馏工序进行了优化,采用三级连续精馏塔,使用流程模拟软件进行计算,纯度有所提高,并在某项目得到验证,实现质量浓度99.9%(实际生产数据)的VC采出,后经结晶提纯得到的产品各项指标均达到GB/T27801优等品的要求。连续精馏提高了VC纯度,品质稳定,降低了劳动强度,降低了投资成本。The demand for vinylene carbonate in the market is growing rapidly,and intermittent distillation is commonly used in the industry to purify vinylene carbonate(VC),resulting in low product purity and automation degree,as well as high equipment investment.This paper optimizes the distillation process by using a three-stage continuous distillation column and process flow simulation software for calculation.The purity has been improved and verified in a certain project,achieving a VC extraction with a mass concentration of 99.9%(actual production data).After crystallization purification,all indicators of the product meet the requirements of GB/T 27801 for superior products.Continuous distillation improves the purity of VC,stabilizes its quality,reduces labor intensity,and lowers investment costs.
