高校“一站式”学生社区管理的价值与实践路径

摘　　要：高校“一站式”学生社区是党建引领的良好载体、立德树人的有效抓手、“三全育人”的全新场域。但当前“一站式”社区建设面临理念共识、平台建设、育人合力、文化氛围及网络驱动方面的现实困境。对此,高校领导层、管理层与教师,应充分认识到“一站式”学生社区建设是落实党的教育方针政策,推动“时代新人铸魂工程”的重要行动。各部门应统一思想共识、明确任务目标,加强平台、机制、文化建设,以数字化、信息化赋能,真正使“一站式”学生社区建设落到实处、建出实效。The construction of“one-stop”student community in universities is a good carrier for party building guidance,an effective tool for establishing virtue and cultivating talents,and a new field for“three comprehensive education”.However,the current“one-stop”community faces practical difficulties in terms of concept consensus,platform construction,collaborative education,cultural atmosphere,and network driven development.In this regard,the leadership,management,and teachers in the universities should fully recognize that the“one-stop”student community construction is an important action to implement the Party's educational policies and promote the“new generation soul casting project”.All departments should unify their ideological consensus,clarify their task objectives,strengthen the construction of platforms,mechanisms,and culture,empower them with digitization and informatization,and truly make the“one-stop”student community construction practical and effective.
