“教会、勤练、常赛”视角下普通高校网球选项课教学改革研究

摘　　要：“教会、勤练、常赛”是新时期学校体育工作的最新指引。对于普通高校网球选项课教学工作而言,要求教师以此为抓手,不断推进教学改革创新工作,从而精准提升网球选项课教学的育人质量。从“教会、勤练、常赛”的内涵解析入手,阐述了三者协同推进的机理,最后从明确目标,把准方向;把握大局,科学规划;把脉施策,课内外联动三个维度入手,提出了具体的实践举措和优化路径,旨在营造全员参与的教学环境,以期助力高校网球选项课提质增效。“Teaching,diligence,and regular competitions”is the latest guideline for school sports work in the new era.For the teaching of tennis optional course in ordinary universities,teachers are required to use this as a starting point to continuously promote teaching reform and innovation,in order to accurately improve the educational quality of tennis optional course.Starting from the analysis of the connotation of“teaching,diligence,and regular competition”,this article elaborates on the mechanism of the coordinated promotion of these three,and finally starts from the three dimensions:clarifying the goal and direction;grasping the overall situation and planning scientifically;taking the pulse,implementing strategies,and carrying out the internal and external linkage,to propose specific practical measures and optimization paths,aiming to create a teaching environment with full participation,and improve the quality and efficiency of tennis optional course in universities.
