摘  要:换流站测控装置是上送信息到调度监控的重要设备,需按规定进行周期性校验,但换流站测控装置采用的结构及通信规约普遍与常规变电站测控装置有很大区别,传统测控装置校验仪器无法对其进行自动校验,早期换流站测控装置无液晶显示屏不能读采样数据,开展人工校验也很困难,同时由于换流站间隔多、测控双重化配置数量多,导致现场校验工作量大,效率低下。为此,从硬件、软件方面着手,针对换流站测控装置的特殊性,设计一种测控装置智能校验仪,提供全功能、全自动的校验方法。The measurement and control devices at converter stations,crucial for sending data to dispatch monitoring centers,require regular calibration.However,the structures and communication protocols of measurement and control devices at converter stations differ significantly from those used in conventional substations,making them incompatible with traditional calibration instruments.Early models without liquid crystal displays complicated data reading and manual calibration.Moreover,the high number of converter stations and extensive deployment of redundant measurement and control setups contribute to substantial on-site calibration workload and low efficiency.In response to these problems,this paper proposes the design of an intelligent calibration instrument tailored for measurement and control devices at converter stations.This device offers a comprehensive,fully automated calibration method,addressing both hardware and software requirements.
