摘　　要：司法统一是中国现代司法制度构建中需要处理好的核心问题之一。它涉及统一司法权、统一司法人事、统一司法经费、统一司法行政事务和统一司法制度等诸多内容,是典型的系统工程,牵一发而动全身。民国时期司法界出于构建现代司法制度的需要为统一司法做了大量工作,既有成功的经验也有失败的教训。这些经验和教训对于正在建设中的中国特色社会主义司法制度有着一定借鉴的作用。Judicial unification is one of the core issues to be dealt with in the construction of modern judicial sys-tem in China.It involves many fields,such as unified judicial power,unified judicial system,unified judicial funds and unified judicial administrative affairs,among which unified judicial power is the most important and the most diffi-cult.The judicial circles of the Republic of China have done a lot of fruitful work for the unification of the judiciary for the need of building a modern judicial system,both successful experience and failed lessons.These experiences and lessons are of great enlightenment to the modern judicial system with Chinese characteristics construction.
