摘　　要：【目的】重点关注市场是在专业市场的基础上培优的一类市场,对重点关注市场的名录建设情况进行研究,有利于营造良好的营商环境。【方法】以郑州市50家重点关注市场为对象,调查郑州市重点关注市场知识产权保护状况满意度情况,并进行数据描述性统计分析。【结果】郑州市重点关注市场在知识产权保护制度建立情况、日常管理情况、侵权现象发生情况等方面的总体评价良好,但在完善市场体系、提高知识产权保护意识等方面还需加强。【结论】应从完善制度、强化管理,借鉴其他地区的经验,制定申报程序与办法,采用数字化助力,推动“严保护、大保护、快保护、同保护”工作格局落地等方面,加强重点关注市场知识产权保护工作。[Purposes]Key market is a type of market that is optimized on the basis of professional mar-ket.Studying the construction of the list of key markets is conducive to creating a good business environ-ment in our province.[Methods]This article is based on a survey of intellectual property protection in 50 key markets in Zhengzhou City,investigating the satisfaction level of intellectual property protection in these markets,and conducting data description and statistical analysis.[Findings]The overall evalua-tion of Zhengzhou's key markets is good in terms of the establishment of intellectual property protection systems,daily management,and occurrence of infringement phenomena.However,there is still room for improvement in improving the market system and raising awareness of intellectual property protection.[Conclusions]We should strengthen the key market intellectual property protection in terms of improv-ing the system,strengthening management,learning from the experience of other regions,formulating ap-plication procedures and methods,adopting digital assistance,and promoting the implementation of the work pattern of"strict protection,comprehensive protection,fast protection,and collaborative protec-tion".
