摘　　要：【目的】建设中医药强省,是河南省面临的重要时代课题,也是让中原更加出彩的重要抓手和举措。推动河南中医药强省建设,对服务健康中国建设、健康中原建设、地方经济社会发展具有重要的现实意义。【方法】利用分析法阐述河南省中医药产业的发展优势及短板,提出以“四链同构”推动河南中医药强省建设的路径建议。【结果】河南本是中医药资源大省,优势明显,但中医药产业的规模却和这些优势不相匹配,中医药产业发展存在一定的问题。【结论】建议河南省立足新发展阶段,贯彻新发展理念,构建新发展格局,传承创新发展中医药产业。通过构建更为完善的中医药现代产业体系、新型生态体系、融合发展体系和现代服务体系,推动中医药资源优势真正转化为中医药强省的发展胜势。[Purposes]Building a strong province of traditional Chinese medicine is an important issue of the times we are facing,and it is also an important lever and measure to make the Central Plains more outstanding.Promoting the construction of a strong province of traditional Chinese medicine in Henan has important theoretical and practical significance for serving the construction of a healthy China,the construction of a healthy Central Plains,and the development of local economy and society.[Methods]Using analytical methods to elaborate on the advantages and disadvantages of the development of Henan's traditional Chinese medicine industry,and proposing a path proposal to promote the construc-tion of a strong province of traditional Chinese medicine in Henan through the"four chain isomorphism".[Findings]Henan was originally a province with abundant traditional Chinese medicine resources and obvious advantages,but the scale of the traditional Chinese medicine industry does not match these ad-vantages,and there are certain problems in the development of the traditional Chinese medicine indus-try.Such as uneven development of product and service quality,difficulties in technological innovation and research and development,limited demonstration and driving role of leading enterprises,and rela-tively incomplete management mechanisms.[Conclusions]It is suggested that Henan Province should base itself on a new stage of development,highlight new development concepts,demonstrate new devel-opment advantages,inherit and innovate the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.By building a more comprehensive modern industrial system,new ecological system,integrated develop-ment system,and modern service system of traditional Chinese medicine,we can truly transform the ad-vantages of traditional Chinese medicine resources into the development momentum of a strong province of traditional Chinese medicine.
