摘  要:以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,将疏水单体3,4,5-三氟苯甲醛(TBA)通过缩醛反应接枝到聚乙烯醇(PVA)侧基中,通过溶剂置换策略激活内部疏水结构,从而制备一系列高拉伸抗溶胀聚乙烯醇水凝胶。对合成的水凝胶进行了拉伸实验、溶胀实验、含水量和传感性能测试。结果表明,随着三氟苯甲醛的含量由3%增加到4%时,水凝胶的拉伸性能产生了明显提高,拉伸强度达到1.3 MPa,断裂伸长率达到985%;当含量由4%增加到5%时其力学性能趋于稳定,不再发生明显变化。三氟苯甲醛的引入显著提高了PVA水凝胶的抗溶胀性能和疏水性。PVA-TBA水凝胶在水中浸泡5天后,溶胀率基本维持在0%,并且其含水量随着TBA含量的增加呈现下降趋势。将改性水凝胶与纤维素膜结合组装成柔性应变传感器,其不仅可以用作拉伸传感器对关节运动如手指弯曲、手腕弯曲和膝盖弯曲等进行检测,也可用作压力传感器对压力准确试别。综上三氟苯甲醛的引入显著改善了聚乙烯醇水凝胶的力学和抗溶胀性能,为水下传感器基体材料提供了一个可靠的选择。In this study,p-toluenesulfonic acid was used as a catalyst to graft the hydrophobic monomer 3,4,5-trifluorobenzaldehyde(TBA)onto the side chains of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)through an aldol condensation reaction.By employing a solvent exchange strategy to activate the internal hydrophobic structures,a series of high-tensile,anti-swelling PVA hydrogels were prepared.The synthesized hydrogels underwent tensile testing,swelling experiments,water content analysis,and sensing performance evaluations.The results indicated that the introduction of TBA from 3%to 4%significantly enhanced the tensile properties,achieving a tensile strength of 1.3 MPa and an elongation at break of 985%.As the TBA content increased from 4%to 5%,the mechanical properties stabilized and no significant changes were observed.The incorporation of TBA notably improved the anti-swelling and hydrophobic properties of the PVA hydrogels.After soaking in water for five days,the swelling rate of the PVA-TBA hydrogels remained essentially at 0%,and their water content decreased as the TBA content increased.The modified hydrogels were combined with cellulose film to assemble flexible strain sensors,which could be used not only as stretch sensors to detect joint movements such as finger bending,wrist bending,and knee bending but also as pressure sensors for accurate pressure differentiation.Overall,the introduction of TBA significantly enhanced the mechanical and anti-swelling properties of the PVA hydrogels,providing a reliable choice for underwater sensor substrate materials.
