摘 要:以杉木插穗为试材,研究了ABT1和A4发根农杆菌对其扦插生根的影响。结果表明:A4发根农杆菌能有效提高杉木扦插的不定根再生效率,扦插60 d后杉木插条的生根率表现为ABT1+A4(93.37%)>A4(72.93%)>ABT1(64.22%)>CK(46.32%);经ABT1+A4处理的杉木插条内源激素IAA、可溶性糖含量及生根数目、根系直径、体积、根表面积等根系参数均高于对照或者单一处理;用500 mg·kg^(-1) ABT1和0.5 OD值A4发根农杆菌菌液分别浸泡杉木插穗10 min和30 min,能显著缩短插条生根时间也能提高生根数目。Cuttings propagation technology is beneficial to the promotion of Cunninghamia lanceolata excellent clones,which can accelerate the process of breeding and forestry production.However,there is a huge difference in rooting ability of different seed sources of C.lanceolata.Four treatments were designed in this experiment.Based on the application of ABT1 to C.lanceolata cuttings,the A4 Agrobacterium rhizogenes soaking was innovatively added.The efficiency of rooting cuttings and rooting parameters were observed and counted.The results revealed that the rooting rate of C.lanceolata cuttings in each treatment was ranked as ABT1+A4(93.37%)>A4(72.93%)>ABT1(64.22%)>CK(46.32%)after 60 days of cuttings,which indicated that the A4 A rhizogenes can effectively enhance the efficiency of adventitious root regeneration in cuttings.The ABT1+A4-treated cuttings had a significant increase in root parameters such as average number of roots,root diameter,volume and root surface area compared to the control or the single treatment,which would further improve the survival of the cuttings and the efficiency of later seedling establishment.In conclusion,our results showed that soaking C.lanceolata cuttings in ABT1 solution at the concentration of 500 mg·kg^(-1) for 10 min,followed by dipping them in A.rhizogenes A4 rooting solution with an OD value of 0.5 for 30 min,can significantly shortened the rooting time of the plugs and increased the number of rooted roots,which would be helpful in the construction of Chinese fir plantations.
