摘 要:为了向高炉提供质量、性能稳定的高硅金属化球团,采用还原性试验、低温还原粉化性试验、熔滴试验等方法研究了高硅金属化球团各项冶金性能以及影响冶金性能的因素。研究表明:高硅金属化球团具有高金属化率、高铁品位、优良的还原性能、无低温还原粉化等优点,软熔性能随高硅金属化球团SiO_(2)含量升高而变差,而熔滴性能优于烧结矿和氧化球团矿。在高炉中配加一定比例的高硅金属化球团有利于降低焦比,从而降低高炉冶炼成本。但考虑到减小焦炭使用后影响高炉“骨架”,其配加比例待高炉进一步验证。In order to provide high silicon metallized pellets with stable quality and performance for blast furnaces,various metallurgical properties and influencing factors of high silicon metallized pellets were studied by means of reducing test,low temperature reducing pulverization test and melt drop test.The results show that the high silicon metallized pellets have the advantages of high metallization rate,high iron grade,excellent reduction performance and no low temperature reduction pulverization.The soft melting performance of the high silicon metallized pellets deteriorates with the increase of SiO_(2)content,and the melt droplet performance is better than that of sinter and oxidized pellets.Adding a certain proportion of high silicon metallized pellets in blast furnace is conducive to reducing the coke ratio and thus reducing the smelting cost of blast furnace.However,considering the effect of reducing the use of coke on the"skeleton"of the blast furnace,the proportion of addition needs to be further verified by the blast furnace.
