摘  要:以铜电解液为原料进行As、Sb、Bi杂质离子脱除试验的研究,考察了Na_(2)SO_(3)的滴加浓度对铜电解液AsH 3放出的影响,以及温度、时间等对As、Sb等离子脱除的影响。结果表明:Na_(2)SO_(3)的滴加浓度为0.75 g/L、反应温度为65℃、反应时间为120 min时,As^(5+)浓度在铜电解液中的存在量从11.35 g/L下降到10.68 g/L,说明As^(3+)与Sb^(5+)形成了沉淀阳极泥,有效减少了As、Sb杂质离子。This paper investigates the removal of As,Sb,and Bi impurity ions from copper electrolyte,and investigates the effect of Na_(2)SO_(3)dropwise concentration on AsH 3 overflow from copper electrolyte,as well as the effects of temperature,time,and other factors on As and Sb plasma removal.The results show that when the dropwise concentration of Na_(2)SO_(3)is 0.75 g/L,the reaction temperature is 65℃,and the reaction time is 120 minutes,The concentration of As^(5+)ions in copper electrolyte decreased from 11.35 g/L to 10.68 g/L,indicating that As^(3+)and Sb^(5+)formed precipitated anode mud,effectively reducing arsenic and antimony impurity ions.
