摘  要:针对GCr15轴承钢套圈失效原因进行了检测分析。结果表明:轴承套圈所使用的GCr15轴承钢化学成分符合相关国家标准要求,在试样表面发现了多处表面缺陷的存在,增大了材料在反挤压工序中的开裂风险,致使在反挤压过程中出现开裂失效,根据缺陷宏观形貌、金相分析及电镜分析,此试样失效原因为圆钢表面折叠缺陷所致,材料基体存在表面缺陷是造成材料失效的主要原因。The failure causes of GCr15 bearing steel rings were analyzed.The results show that the toughening composition of GCr15 bearing used in the bearing ring meets the requirements of relevant national standards.Multiple surface defects were found on the surface of the sample,which increased the cracking risk of the material during the back extrusion process,resulting in cracking failure during the back extrusion process.According to the macroscopic morphology,metallographic analysis and electron microscope analysis of the defects,the failure of the sample is caused by the surface folding defect of round steel,and the surface defect of the material matrix is the main reason for the failure of the material.
