摘　　要：利用松下YC-400TX电焊机、Φ450 mm热轧实验机组等设备试制开发SUS430/Q355/SUS430不锈钢-碳钢非真空复合钢板,并对其进行了宏观低倍、微观金相组织、复合处元素扩散以及力学性能等检测分析。结果表明:SUS430/Q355/SUS430非真空热轧复合钢板结合强度好,生产工艺合理,并对试制过程易出现的问题提出了改进措施。The SUS430/Q355/SUS430 stainless steel non-vacuum composite steel plate was developed by using Panasonic YC-400TX welding machine and 450 mm hot rolling test set,and the macro-low magnification,micro-microstructure,element diffusion at the composite and mechanical properties were tested and analyzed.The results show that the bonding strength of SUS430/Q355/SUS430 non-vacuum hot-rolled composite plate is good and the production process is reasonable.
