摘 要:为了探究长6/长7致密储层的嵌入规律,通过XRD矿物分析仪分析不同岩性矿物成分,采用DL2000酸蚀裂缝导流能力测试仪分析了不同岩石类型、单双层岩板、支撑剂粒径、铺砂浓度以及压裂液对嵌入深度的影响。在嵌入深度计算中,采用将支撑剂筛分的方式,改进了传统嵌入深度的计算方法。通过斯皮尔曼(Spearman)相关性分析,得到了长6/长7嵌入深度影响因素高低的排序。实验结果表明:1)黏土矿物含量增加10%,嵌入深度增加0.005 mm;脆性矿物含量增加10%,嵌入深度减小0.002 mm,黏土矿物对嵌入深度的影响大于脆性矿物;2)双岩板的嵌入量约为单岩板的1.2倍;3)嵌入深度随着支撑剂粒径的增加而增加,其中20/40目(长6)的嵌入深度最大,远远高于长7;4)铺砂浓度增加,嵌入深度减小,在铺砂浓度大于7.5 kg后,嵌入深度变化不大;5)压裂液EM30S对支撑剂嵌入深度影响较小;6)影响长6/长7储层嵌入深度的因素由高到低依次为岩板数量、铺砂浓度、压裂液类型、岩石类型、支撑剂粒径及黏土含量。In order to explore the embedment patterns in Chang6 and Chang7 tight reservoirs,XRD mineral analyzer was used to analyze the mineral composition of different lithologies,and DL2000 acid etching fracture diversion capacity tester was used to analyze the effects of different rock types,single and dual-layered samples,proppant size,sand concentration,and fracturing fluid on embedment depth.In the calculation of embedment depth,the traditional embedding depth calculation method has been improved by sieving the proppant.Spearman correlation analysis was conducted to determine the relative importance of factors influencing embedment depth in the Chang6 and Chang7 formation.The experimental results showed that:1)Clay mineral content increased by 10%,embedding depth increased by 0.005 mm;When the content of brittle minerals increases by 10%,the embedding depth decreases by 0.002 mm,and the influence of clay minerals on the embedding depth is greater than that of brittle minerals;2)The embedment of dual-layered samples is about 1.2 times that of single-layered samples;3)With the increase of proppant size,embedment depth increases,and the 20/40 mesh(Chang6)has the greatest embedment depth,much higher than Chang7;4)With the increase of sand concentration,embedment depth decreases.After the sand concentration exceeds 7.5 kg,embedment depth remains relatively stable;5)Fracturing fluid EM30S has a small effect on proppant embedment depth;6)The factors influencing embedment depth in the Chang7 and Chang6 formation,from high to low,are number of layers,sand concentration,fracturing fluid type,rock type,proppant size,and clay content.
