摘 要:采用负压原位碱度蒸汽汽提脱氨工艺处理兰炭废水,考察了蒸汽量、进水流速、pH三个单因素对氨氮去除率的影响,通过响应面模型对三个因素的交互作用进行了研究。结果表明:在响应范围内,三个因素对氨氮的去除都具有显著影响;三个因素按对氨氮去除率的影响由大到小依次为蒸汽量、进水流速、pH,蒸汽量和进水流速、蒸汽量和pH、进水流速和pH之间的交互作用的显著性依次降低;通过响应面法确定的去除氨氮的最佳条件为蒸汽量0.75 kg/h、进水流速2.43 L/h、pH=8.96,氨氮去除率的预测值为96.53%,通过重复实验得到该条件下氨氮去除率的实验值为95.7%,实验值与预测值吻合良好,决定系数R^(2)为0.9544,说明该模型能解释95%的响应值变化,且无失拟因素存在;此外,在负压原位碱度蒸汽汽提脱氨过程中对挥发酚和COD也有一定的去除效果。A negative pressure in-situ alkalinity steam-stripping technique was employed to extract ammonia from semi-coke wastewater.The influence of three single factors,steam amount,inflow velocity and pH on the ammonia nitrogen removal efficacy was examined.The interaction effects among these factors were studied and analyzed in detail using a response surface model.The experimental results indicate that all three factors significantly affect the ammonia nitrogen removal ratio within the response range.According to the response surface results,the contribution of the three factors to the ammonia nitrogen removal ratio ranks as follows:steam amount,inflow velocity,and pH.The significance of the interaction effects decreases in the order of steam amount and inflow velocity,steam amount and pH,and inflow velocity and pH.The optimal conditions for ammonia nitrogen removal,determined using the response surface method,are a steam amount of 0.75 kg/h,an inflow velocity of 2.43 L/h,and pH of 8.96,under which the predicted ammonia nitrogen removal ratio can reach to 96.53%.Verification through repeated experiments show that the experimental removal ratio under these conditions is 95.7%,indicating good agreement between the experimental values and the predicted values from the response surface method.The coefficient of determination indicates that the model can explain 95% of the variation in the response values,with no lack-of-fit factors.Additionally,the negative pressure in-situ alkalinity steam-stripping process also shows some effectiveness in removing volatile phenols and COD.
