基于OBE的阶梯式学生创新创业能力培养研究

摘　　要：为了提高学生的创新创业能力,针对培养过程中缺乏层次性、过程粗放、覆盖面不广和企业参与不足等问题,基于OBE的成果导向教育理念,研究构建“二参与—三层次—四贯通”的阶梯式创新创业能力培养体系。在培养过程中,学校、企业共同参与,贯通本科课程、教师科研课题、大学生创新创业项目和企业项目,形成具有基础实践能力培养、知识扩展能力培养及科技创新创业能力培养三层次阶梯式的培养体系,以达到OBE理念的要求,培养出更好满足社会需求的高质量应用型人才。In order to improve students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability and solve the problems of lack of hierarchy,extensive process,narrow coverage and insufficient participation of enterprises in the training process,this paper studies and constructs a ladder-like innovation and entrepreneurship ability training system of two-participation,three-level,and four-through based on OBE’s results-oriented education concept.In the training process,schools and enterprises participate undergraduate courses,scientific research projects,college students’innovation and entrepreneurship projects and enterprise projects to form a three-level ladder system with basic practical ability training,knowledge expansion ability training and scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship ability training,in order to meet the requirements of OBE concept and cultivate high-quality applied talents to better meet the needs of society.
