摘 要:随着“双碳”目标的推进,风电、光伏发电等新能源并网比重逐渐增大,由此引发的随机波动对电网频率的稳定提出了更高的要求。针对火电机组发挥涉网调频功能问题,通过一种基于真有效值的电网实时功率高精度测量法,可大大提高电网功率测量的实时性和精确度,为火电机组进行一次调频提供关键参数。真有效值测量功能由采集装置硬件系统实现,功率算法则部署在PC端上位机软件系统。测试结果表明,系统对电网的电压及电流有效值测量精度达0.01%,实时功率测量精度达0.03%。With the promotion of the“double carbon”goal,the proportion of wind power,photovoltaic power generation and other new energy connected to the grid gradually increases,and the resulting random fluctuations put forward higher requirements for the stability of the grid frequency.Aiming at the problem that thermal power units can effectively play the network-related frequency modulation function,a high-precision real-time power measurement method based on true RMS can greatly improve the real-time and accuracy of the power measurement of the power grid,and provide key parameters for the primary frequency modulation of thermal power units.The measurement function of the true effective value of electric energy is realized by the hardware system of the acquisition device,and the power algorithm is deployed in the software system of the upper computer of the PC.The test results show that the measurement accuracy of the voltage and current RMS of the system is 0.01%,and the real-time power measurement accuracy is 0.03%.
