摘  要:BTs蛋白被证明是一个存在于陆地植物中的特异性转录因子家族,参与调控植物的许多生长和发育过程。为了研究BTs蛋白在杨树发育过程中的功能。采用生物信息学的方法对毛白杨的PtoBTs基因家族进行了分析,结果表明:PtoBTs基因家族共有10个成员,被分为2个亚族;表达模式分析表明,BT2基因在叶片中具有较高的mRNA丰度,而在根中的丰度较低;在叶与根中均受到硝态氮显著诱导。在低氮(0.5 mmol/L NaNO_(3))和高氮(5.0 mmol/L NaNO_(3))条件时,观察PtoBT2的过量表达株系和对照株系在形态学指标的显著差异变化。结果表明:PtoBT2过量表达会促进植株的株高、地径以及地上部、根的鲜质量。低氮条件时,PtoBT2过量表达抑制根的伸长。The BTs proteins have been identified as a specific transcription factor family present in terrestrial plants,involved in regulating many growth and developmental processes.To investigate the role of BTs proteins in poplar development,we conducted a bioinformatics analysis of the PtoBTs gene family in Populus tomentosa.The results showed that the PtoBTs gene family comprises 10 members categorized into 2 subfamilies.Expression pattern analysis showed that the BT2 gene ex⁃hibits higher mRNA abundance in leaves compared to roots,and its expression in both tissues is significantly induced by nitrate nitrogen.Under low(0.5 mmol/L NaNO_(3))and high(5.0 mmol/L NaNO_(3))nitrogen conditions,significant morpho⁃logical differences were observed between PtoBT2 overexpression lines and control lines.The results indicated that overex⁃pression of PtoBT2 enhances plant height,stem diameter,and both shoot and root fresh weight.Under low nitrogen condi⁃tions,overexpression of PtoBT2 inhibits root elongation.
