摘　　要：为系统分析江西省纺织服装产业集群地的发展历程、现有问题,并针对性地提出推动高质量发展的对策建议,推动江西省纺织服装产业高质量发展。研究通过收集整理相关文献资料,实地走访调研江西省重点纺织服装产业集群地,并运用定性分析的方法提出针对性对策。研究发现,集群地目前面临着产业链条短、整体规模偏小、创新能力不足、自主品牌建设滞后、人才储备不足等一系列问题,同时还受到国际竞争格局变化、消费需求变革、外部地区承接竞争等诸多挑战。针对这些问题和挑战,研究提出了五大方面的高质量发展对策,提出重点纺织服装产业集群地高质量发展建议,来推动江西省纺织服装产业集群地实现高质量转型发展。To systematically analyze the development process and existing problems of the textile and apparel industry clusters in Jiangxi Province,and to propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions to promote high-quality development,so as to drive the high-quality development of the textile and apparel industry in Jiangxi Province.The study collects and organizes relevant literature,conducts field visits and investigations of key textile and apparel industry clusters in Jiangxi Province,and uses qualitative analysis methods to propose targeted countermeasures.The study finds that the industry clusters currently face a series of problems,such as short industrial chains,relatively small overall scale,insufficient innovation capability,lagging self-brand building,and lack of talent reserve.They also face many challenges,such as changes in the international competitive landscape,transformations in consumer demand,and competition from other regions in undertaking industrial transfers.In response to these problems and challenges,the study proposes five aspects of high-quality development countermeasures,and puts forward suggestions for the high-quality development of key textile and apparel industry clusters,in order to promote the high-quality transformation and development of the textile and apparel industry clusters in Jiangxi Province.
