摘  要:分析了国内工业化批量生产三元共聚聚丙烯企业少的原因,以煤基石脑油裂解乙烯/丙烯/丁烯为原料,将煤基石脑油裂解装置、聚丙烯装置、聚乙烯装置进行耦合,在原有Novolen生产共聚聚丙烯的工艺装置上自主进行工艺技术设计,使其具备生产三元共聚聚丙烯的条件,并详细介绍了其生产工艺。经估算,与直接引进整套生产三元共聚聚丙烯的装置相比,可节省设备投资成本1800万元;与生产通用拉丝聚丙烯相比,生产1 t三元共聚聚丙烯可增加效益1000元~1500元。The reasons of few domestic industrial companies for mass production of terpolymer polypropylene products were analyzed.The coal-based naphtha cracking ethylene/propylene/butene were used as raw materials,the coal-based naphtha cracking unit,polypropylene unit and polyethylene unit were coupled,and the independent process technology design was carried out on the original Novolen process unit for the production of copolymerized polypropylene.The conditions for the production of terpolymer polypropylene were obtained,and the production process was introduced in detail.Based on the calculation,compared with the direct introduction of a complete set of unit making terpolymer polypropylene,the equipment investment cost could be saved by 18 million yuan.Compared with the production of general yarn-grade polypropylene,the production of terpolymer polypropylene could increase the profit by 1000 to 1500 yuan per ton.
