摘 要:介绍了国内煤化工行业酸性水汽提装置含氨酸性气处理工艺的现状和主要存在问题,简述了含氨酸性气处理工艺优化改造的必要性。介绍了酸性水汽提塔中部抽氨和含氨酸性气联产碳酸氢铵两种工艺,从公用工程消耗、产品规模、经济效益、产品用途、装置优缺点等5个方面进行了详细对比,认为对于煤化工行业来说,含氨酸性气联产碳酸氢铵工艺更具优势。The current situation and main problems of the ammonia-containing acid gas treatment process in the domestic coal chemical acid water stripping unit were introduced,and the necessity of optimizing the ammonia-containing acid gas treatment process was explained.Two processes were introduced:ammonia extraction from the middle section of acid water stripper,and ammonia-containing acid gas co-production of ammonium bicarbonate.They were compared in detail from five aspects:utility consumption,product scale,economic benefits,product usage,and device advantages and disadvantages.Finally,it was determined that for the coal chemical industry,the ammonia-containing acid gas co-production of ammonium bicarbonate process had more advantages.
