摘　　要：介绍了干熄焦排放烟气的来源及特点,针对某干熄焦装置钙基干法脱硫过程中出现的脱硫剂Ca(OH)_(2)消耗量大、Ca(OH)_(2)输送管道堵塞及喷钙卸料阀下料量偏小或不下料等问题,进行了原因分析,并采取了相应的解决措施,实现了节约Ca(OH)_(2)用量和稳定生产操作的目的。The source and characteristics of coke dry quenching gas were introduced.In view of such problems as the large consumption of Ca(OH)_(2) desulfurizing agent,the blockage of Ca(OH)_(2) transmission pipeline and the small or non-loading of the calcium discharge valve in the process of calcium-based dry desulfurization of a coke dry quenching plant,the causes were analyzed,and corresponding solutions had been taken to achieve the purpose of saving Ca(OH)_(2) consumption and stable production operation.
