摘 要:为优化2,6-萘二甲酸(2,6-NDA)提纯工艺,考察了碱溶酸析、溶剂重结晶两种提纯工艺及活性炭吸附脱色技术对2,6-NDA提纯效果的影响,并确定了最适宜的工艺技术条件。研究结果表明:碱溶酸析、溶剂重结晶均能有效提升2,6-NDA产品纯度,但碱溶酸析工艺形成的2,6-NDA颗粒粒度极小,过滤困难,不适宜大规模工业化;N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)溶剂重结晶效果好于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)。活性炭对于钴、锰离子及其与2,6-NDA形成的络合物有较好的吸附去除效果,碱溶酸析法提纯过程中弱碱环境更有利于活性炭发挥作用,但存在活性炭用量大,产品损失严重问题,DMAC溶剂重结晶时可不用活性炭。In order to optimize the purification process of 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid(2,6-NDA),the impacts of alkali extraction acid precipitation,solvent recrystallization and activated carbon adsorption decolorization on the purification effect of 2,6-NDA were investigated,and the most suitable process conditions were determined.The results showed that both alkali extraction acid precipitation and solvent recrystallization could effectively improve the purity of 2,6-NDA products,but the 2,6-NDA particles formed by the alkali extraction acid precipitation process were very small in size,difficult to filter,and not suitable for large-scale industrialization.The recrystallization effect of N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAC)was better than that of N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF).Activated carbon had a good adsorption and removal effect on cobalt and manganese ions and their complexes formed with 2,6-NDA.The weak alkali environment was more favorable for the activated carbon to play its role in the process of alkali extraction acid precipitation.However,there was a problem of high consumption of activated carbon and serious product loss.Thus,activated carbon was not necessary for DMAC solvent recrystallization.
