摘 要:探究捣固焦性能对提高高炉生产效率和降低焦比的影响具有重要意义。选取4种黑龙江地区捣固焦炭,从焦炭宏观质量指标、微观结构、气孔结构、高温反应性能等方面进行了对比研究和分析。结果表明:同一地区捣固焦孔隙结构受企业配煤和炼焦制度影响较大;光学组织中镶嵌结构含量高的焦炭反应后强度高;国标法检测的焦炭热性质结果在评价捣固焦在高炉实际生产中的应用情况方面存在不足,高温反应后焦炭的粒度保持能力是影响焦炭在高炉应用的关键指标。Exploring the impact of performance differences of tamping coke was of great significance for improving the blast furnace production efficiency and reducing the coke ratio.Four kinds of tamped coke from Heilongjiang Province were selected for comparative study and analysis from the aspects of macroscopic quality index,microscopic structure,pore structure and high temperature reactivity,etc.The results showed that the pore structure of tamping coke in the same region was greatly influenced by the coal blending and coking system of the enterprise.The coke with high embedded structure content in the optical texture had higher strength after reaction.The thermal properties of coke tested as per national standard method were insufficient in evaluating the application of tamping coke in the blast furnace production.The particle size retention ability of coke after high temperature reaction was a key indicator affecting the application of coke in the blast furnace.
