摘  要:为研究不同风速和多尘源因素下6 m大采高综采工作面呼吸带粉尘运移情况,基于Fluent数值模拟方法,探究了不同入口风速(1.0 m/s、1.5 m/s、2.0 m/s和2.5 m/s)对呼吸带高度和人行道处粉尘质量浓度分布的影响,分析了多尘源因素下呼吸带下侧、呼吸带高度、呼吸带上侧及靠近人行道一侧的粉尘质量浓度分布。结果表明:粉尘质量浓度随入口风速的减小而增大;6 m大采高综采工作面通风除尘风速应不低于2.0 m/s;多尘源因素影响下,采煤机割煤作业时对呼吸带上侧的粉尘浓度影响较大,距煤层壁越近,粉尘浓度越大。In order to study the dust migration of the respiratory zone of the 6 m large mining height comprehensive mining face under different wind speeds and multi-dust source factors,the effects of different inlet wind speeds(1.0 m/s,1.5 m/s,2.0 m/s and 2.5 m/s)on the height of the respiratory zone and the dust concentration distribution at the sidewalk were explored based on the Fluent numerical simulation method.The dust concentration distribution on the lower side of the respiratory zone,at the height of the respiratory zone,on the upper side of the respiratory zone and the side near the sidewalk under the condition of multi-dust source factors was analyzed.The results showed that the dust concentration increased when the inlet wind speed decreased.When the mining height of the fully-mechanized mining face was 6 m,the wind speed of ventilation and dust removal should be greater than or equal to 2.0 m/s.Under the influence of multiple dust source factors,the dust concentration on the upper side of the respiratory zone changed greatly when the shearer was cutting coal,which showed that the closer to the coal seam wall,the greater the dust concentration.
