夏季户外电力作业服性能需求及设计优化方法分析

摘　　要：针对电力行业现役夏季户外作业服款式陈旧、功能欠缺,不满足作业需求的现状,展开性能需求调研,从作业环境特征、活动特征和着装防护需求三方面,全面剖析电力职工对作业服性能的具体需求。为平衡发展各项性能和最大化满足职工对作业服性能的期待,进一步调研了职工对各性能的期望度排序,以服装优化设计的角度明确定位作业服各项性能的设计需求占比。对标性能需求,解析现役作业服的优缺点、急需解决的关键问题及改进方向。基于调研结果,映射归纳到新型电力作业服在版型、结构、功能及分区设计上的具体需求,提炼设计要素和重要性分级,提出优化设计的方法和原则,为更好地研发夏季户外高温个体防护装备提供思路。In response to the current situation of outdated styles and inadequate functions of summer outdoor workwear in the power industry,which do not meet the operational needs,a performance requirements survey was conducted to comprehensively analyze the specific requirements of electricians for workwear from three aspects:operational environment characteristics,operational activity characteristics and clothing functional protection requirements.In order to balance the development of various performance and maximize the satisfaction of the expectations of electricians for the performance of workwear,further research was conducted on the ranking of workers'expectations for various performance.From the perspective of clothing optimization design,the design requirements of various performance for workwear were clearly positioned.According to the performance requirements,the advantages and disadvantages of the current workwear,the key issues that need to be urgently addressed,and the direction for improvement were analyzed.Based on the results of research,the specific requirements for the design of the workwear in terms of pattern,structure,function,and zoning were mapped and summarized.Design elements and their importance levels were extracted,and methods and principles for optimizing design were explored to provide ideas for better research and development of summer outdoor high-temperature individual protective equipment.
