摘 要:为研究城市综合管廊电缆舱室内火灾发展过程及烟气温度分布规律,针对试验场景,采用火灾动力学三维模拟软件FDS建立全尺寸火灾模型,分析了火源上方温度、顶棚烟气温度、舱室内氧气体积分数的变化情况以及烟气在管廊内的蔓延过程。结果表明,从温度、氧气体积分数、火焰图像等方面对比模拟数据和试验测试数据,误差基本控制在10%以内,验证了数值模拟方法准确可靠。对试验测试数据和模拟数据进行分析,得出了综合管廊火灾发展的特点规律,从而进一步为实际工程应用提出合理建议。In order to study the fire development process and the smoke temperature distribution law in the cable cabin of the urban comprehensive pipe gallery,this paper uses the fire dynamics three-dimensional simulation software FDS to establish a full-size fire model based on the experimental scenario,and analyzes the changes of the temperature above the fire source,ceiling smoke temperature,oxygen concentration in the cabin,and smoke spread process in the pipe gallery.By comparing simulated data with experimental test data,considering temperature,oxygen concentration,flame image,and other aspects,the analysis results showed that the error was basically controlled within 10%,thus verified the accuracy and reliability of the numerical simulation method.Through the analysis of experimental and simulated data,the characteristics and laws of fire development in the comprehensive pipe gallery are obtained,and reasonable suggestions are further proposed for practical engineering applications.
