摘  要:为了发挥信息化技术在矿山安全监管监察中的重要作用,促进安全生产主体责任落实,建设了安全生产问题处置监管平台,平台总体架构包括基础设施层、支撑层、数据层、应用层。通过汇集安全生产监管监察工作中产生的各类数据,纪委监委和安委办对安全监管工作过程的合法性、时效性、规范性进行“再监督”,针对执法人员不作为、执法不规范等情形发出报警提醒,督促其提高工作质效,按照规定的程序和时间履职尽责。“再监督”工作模式在规范执法活动、提升办案效率、执法数据高效利用等方面发挥了积极作用,提高了矿山安全监察能力和信息化应用水平。In order to give full play to the important role of information technology in mine safety supervision,and promote the responsibility implementation of the main body of safety production,a safety production problem disposal and supervision platform has been built.The overall architecture of the platform comprises infrastructure layer,support layer,data layer and application layer.By collecting all kinds of data generated in the work of safety production supervision,the discipline inspection commission and the office of the safety commission"re-supervise"the legality,timeliness and standardization of the work process of safety supervision,give an alarm to remind law enforcement personnel of their inaction and non-standard law enforcement,urge them to improve work quality and efficiency,perform duties and responsibilities according to specified procedures and time.The"re-supervision"work mode has played a positive role in standardizing law enforcement activities,improving case handling efficiency,and making efficient use of the law enforcement data,moreover has improved the mine safety supervision ability and the level of information application.
