摘  要:西部地区某生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液处理工程设计规模1600 m3/d,主体采用“调节池+氨吹脱结晶+厌氧+两级AO+MBR+NF”工艺,浓缩液处理采用“RO膜减量+吸附+电氧化处理”工艺。该污水处理厂处理后产水水质满足《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)表2后排入市政污水管网,其中浓缩液经RO膜减量后,膜减量产水达到《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920—2020)冲厕和道路清洗等的水质要求。脱氨尾气采用饱和结晶器硫酸吸收生成硫酸铵晶体后打包外运。污泥处理系统采用高压板框处理,处理后的污泥送至填埋场填埋处理。该污水处理厂在设计工程中采用了一些新理念、新技术,成为了一座资源化、现代化的污水处理厂。The design scale of a domestic waste landfill leachate treatment project in the western region is 1600 m3/d.The main body adopts the process of regulation tank+ammonia stripping crystallization+anaerobic+two-stage AO+MBR+NF,and the concentrate treatment adopts RO membrane reduction+adsorption+electro-oxidation treatment process.The quality of the produced water after the treatment of the sewage treatment plant meets the table 2 of Pollution Control Standard for Domestic Waste Landfill Sites(GB 16889—2008)and is discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network.After the concentrated liquid is reduced by the RO membrane,the membrane is reduced.The produced water meets the water quality requirements of the standard Urban Recycling Water Reuse Urban Miscellaneous Water Quality(GB/T 18920—2020),such as toilet flushing and road cleaning.The deamination tail gas is absorbed by saturated crystallizer sulfuric acid to form ammonium sulfate crystal and then packed and transported.The sludge treatment system adopts high-pressure plate and frame treatment,and the treated sludge is sent to landfill for landfill treatment.The sewage treatment plant has adopted some new ideas and new technologies in the design project,and has become a resource-based and modern sewage treatment plant.
