摘　　要：大学是章程建设的组织场域,章程建设则是一种跨场域层次的制度建构。一方面,章程的制定是国家教育制度在高校场域的扩散过程,国家教育制度为章程制定提供环境基础与概念框架,大学章程是国家教育制度扩散的具象表征。另一方面,章程的修订是国家教育制度在高校场域的创新过程,表现为治理主体法定化、治理内容科学化和治理程序规范化等制度创新;既反映了场域内行政群体和专业群体的民意表达,又表现了场域外章程新修订的群体效应。随着章程建设实践的深入,逐渐形成自上而下与自下而上相结合的制度过程,呈现出从规制属性突出到兼具规制与文化-认知属性的特征,这离不开举办者、高校组织与场域内每个行动者的共同努力及协商合作。From the perspective of institutional theory,the university is the organizational field of charter construction,and charter construction is a cross-field institutional building.On the one hand,the establishment of the charter is the diffusion process of the national education system.On the other hand,the revision of the charter is the innovation process of the national education system.The revision of the charter reflects the public opinion expression of administrative groups and professional groups in the field,but also highlights the group effect outside the field.The institutional process of combining top-down and bottom-up gradually formed,showing the characteristics from the outstanding regulatory attributes to both regulatory and cultural cognitive attributes,which cannot be separated from the joint efforts of the actors in the field.
