摘 要:为了充分开发海藻纤维在纺织领域的应用潜力,介绍了海藻纤维的制备方式,并结合海藻纤维本体及附加性能,从纱线的可纺性、阻燃织物的开发、多功能高附加值纤维的研发以及产业化应用中存在的染色问题四方面着手,总结海藻纤维的研发及其在纺织领域的应用现状。认为:海藻纤维作为一种绿色环保纤维,来源充足,应用广泛,未来有关海藻纤维的创新研发将会得到充分发展,进一步推动海藻纤维的产业化应用。In order to fully develop the potential application of alginate fiber in textile field,the preparation methods of alginate fiber were introduced,and combined with alginate fiber inherent and additional property.The research and development of alginate fiber and its application in textile field were summarized from four aspects,including yarn spinnability,development of flame retardant fabric,research and development of multi-functional high value-added fiber and dyeing problems existing in industrial application.It is considered that as a kind of green fiber,alginate fiber has sufficient source and wide application.In the future,the innovation and research of alginate fiber will be fully developed,and the industrialization application of alginate fiber will be further promoted.
