高校公益创业教育的现实困境与机制创新

摘　　要：中国高校公益创业教育的发展主要聚焦在多元化政策支持、课程开发设计、师资队伍优化等方面。从现实困境看,国家在推进高校公益创业教育过程中面临着市场化商业资本主义的诱惑、实践创新发展中教育需求的新变动、公益创业教育能力建设的缺失、多方主体共同参与合作共赢机制的不完善等诸多问题。促进公益创业教育的高位创新发展需在借鉴国外有益经验的基础上结合国内的本土实践,从市场参与机制、实践变革机制、能力提升机制和协同合作机制等方面进行优化提升。The practice and exploration of social entrepreneurship education at home mainly focus on different levels such as diversified policy support,curriculum development and design,and the construction and optimization of teaching staff.From the perspective of practical challenges,the social entrepreneurship education in colleges and uni-versities is faced with many dilemmas,such as the temptation of market-oriented commercial capitalism,new changes of educational demand in the practical innovation and development,the lack of capacity-building of public entrepre-neurship education,and the imperfect win-win mechanism of cooperation and participation of multiple subjects.To promote the high-level innovation and development of social entrepreneurship education,universities need to opti-mize the market participation mechanism,practice reform mechanism,capacity improvement mechanism and collabor-ative cooperation mechanism based on the reference of foreign beneficial experience and combined with domestic lo-calization practice.
