摘 要:专利作为高等院校科研成果的重要体现形式之一,其转化对于高校保持和提升自身价值至关重要。高校作为国家的核心创新力量,建立和优化专利运营管理体系对于促进高质量专利的产生、推动专利成果产业化、为我国经济发展注入持续的创新活力和发展动力,以及实现市场经济的稳定与持续发展具有深远意义。在回顾和分析我国高校专利运营研究的演进历程的同时,针对目前高校面临的挑战与困境综合考量平衡计分卡理论应用于高校专利运营管理体系的可行性,并结合平衡计分卡理论模型的四维度战略框架,提出了相应的对策与建议,旨在进一步健全和完善我国高校专利运营管理体系。Patent is one of the important forms of scientific research achievements in colleges and universities,and its transformation effect is very important for colleges and universities to maintain and enhance their own value.As the core innovation force of the country,the establishment and optimization of patent operation and management system in colleges and universities is of far-reaching significance in promoting the emergence of high-quality patents,promoting the industrialization of patent achievements,and injecting sustained innovative vitality and development power into China's economic development,as well as realizing the stability and sustainable development of the market economy.While reviewing and analyzing the evolution of patent operation research in Chinese universities,this paper comprehensively considers the feasibility of applying BSC theory to university patent operation and management system in view of the current challenges and difficulties faced by universities,and combines the four-dimensional strategic framework of BSC theoretical model to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The aim is to further improve and perfect the patent operation and management system of colleges and universities in China.
