摘　　要：在数字经济引领产业变革的大背景下,加快发展数字经济和推动服务业新质生产力的发展有着重要的现实意义。新质生产力是以创新为主导的新动力,共同富裕是中国式现代化的重要特征。在数字经济新时代,推进共同富裕需要依托数字经济多方多元多维发展,数字经济通过赋能服务业新质生产力发展推动共同富裕。数字产业化的本质在于提供平台服务,产业数字化的发展关键在于生产性服务业数字化。数字经济是由数字技术引领的新发展,是推动中国服务业新质生产力的关键引擎,也是带动人民实现经济富裕的钥匙。数字经济从提高服务业效率、增大服务业效益以及帮助服务业多元扩张等方面帮助服务业新质生产力发展。研究发现,数字经济在扩大服务业开放、增加社会财富的同时,从促进创业、带动就业、提高服务业生产率、促进数实融合、优化公共服务等方面赋能服务业的高质与新质共同发展,协同推动共同富裕。基于此,提出提升数字经济对就业创业的带动、加快服务业供给侧结构性改革、着力缓解服务业供给抑制、构建数字经济新价值锚定指标、坚持包容审慎的监管态度等政策建议。Summary:With digital economy playing the leading role in the industrial transformation,it is of great practical significance to accelerate the development of the digital economy and promote the development of new productivity in the service industry.The new quality of productivity is a new driving force led by innovation,and common prosperity is an important feature of Chinese modernization.Common prosperity originates from people’s pursuit of equalization of wealth and the increasingly equal gap between the rich and the poor,and is the yearning for a better life and the desire for an ideal society.Under the new era of digital economy,promoting common prosperity needs to rely on the multi-faceted,multi-dimensional development of the digital economy,and the digital economy promotes common prosperity by empowering the development of new productive forces in the service industry.The essence of digital industrialization lies in providing platform services,and the key to the development of industrial digitalization relies in the digitalization of producer services.The digital economy is a new development led by digital technology,a key engine to promote the new quality productivity of China’s service industry,and the key to driving the people to achieve economic prosperity.Furthermore,the digital economy helps the development of new productive forces in the service industry by improving the efficiency of the service industry,increasing the efficiency of the service industry,and helping the service industry to diversify and expand.The paper finds that while expanding the opening up of the service industry and increasing social wealth,the digital economy can promote entrepreneurship,promote employment,improve the productivity of the service industry,promote the integration of data and reality,and optimize public services,so as to empower the high-quality and new-quality common development of the service industry,and promote common prosperity in a coordinated manner.Based on this,this paper puts forward policy sugges
