摘 要:氢能科学技术和氢能产业经历了科学研究、经济研究、绿色氢能研究、氢能产业战略四个阶段。中国发挥了超大单一市场的后发优势,有望成为首个成功发展氢能产业的经济体。河南发展氢能产业的优势在于基础好、规划早,但也存在着人才短缺和技术瓶颈制约的挑战。河南应以技术攻关为导向构建氢气制备产业,以需求特征为导向构建氢能储运产业,以优势企业为龙头提升氢燃料电池的技术与应用,充分发挥地理区位优势,建设全国氢能储运枢纽和氢能经济中心。Hydrogen science and technology as well as the hydrogen industry have gone through four stages:scientific research,economic research,green hydrogen research,and hydrogen industry strategy.China has leveraged its latecomer advantage and has the potential to become the first economy to successfully develop the hydrogen industry due to its extremely large single market.The advantages of developing the hydrogen energy industry in Henan lie in its strong foundation and early planning,but it also faces challenges such as talent shortage and technical bottlenecks.Henan should focus on technology breakthroughs to build the hydrogen production industry,build hydrogen storage and transportation industry according to demand characteristics,lead with prominent enterprises to improve hydrogen fuel cell technology and applications,fully utilize its geographical location to build Henan into a national hub for hydrogen storage and transportation and a hydrogen economic center.
