摘  要:新型植物源杀菌剂大黄素甲醚是从中药植物大黄中提取的天然蒽醌类化合物,具有毒性低、降解快、残留低等特点,是化学杀菌剂的理想替代产品,适用于绿色生产。为了明确大黄素甲醚对烟草病毒病的防治效果、最佳施药时期及施用量,本研究以0.1%大黄素甲醚水剂为试验药剂,以8%宁南霉素水剂和5%盐酸吗啉胍可溶粉剂为对照药剂,开展了田间小区试验。结果表明,烟草移栽定植期施用0.1%大黄素甲醚水剂对烟草病毒病的防治效果较团棵期施用好,当用药量为1 500 mL/hm^(2)时药后10 d的防治效果可达到62.81%。The new botanical fungicide physcion is a natural anthraquinone compound extracted from the tradi-tional Chinese medicine plant rhubarb,which has the characteristics of low toxicity,fast degradation and low residue.It is an ideal substitute product for chemical fungicides and suitable for green production.In order to clarify the control effect,the optimal application period and dosage of physcion on tobacco virus diseases,this paper carried out the field plot experiment by using 0.1%physcion AS as the experimental agent,8%Ningnanmycin AS and 5%moroxydine hydrochloride SP as control agents.The results showed that compared with the treatment of applying 0.1%physcion AS during the seedling stage,the treatment of applying 0.1%physcion AS during transplanting stage had better control effect on tobacco virus disease.When the dosage of 0.1%physcion AS was 1500 mL/hm^(2),the control effect could reach 62.81%on the 10th day after application during the transplanting stage.
