紫薇果实形态特征与种子萌发特性研究

摘　　要：本研究以花瓣深粉红色的紫薇品种彩霞满天的果实为试验材料,测定果实的出种率,蒴果长度、宽度,种子长度、宽度以及千粒重;并设置不同浸种时间、培养温度和GA3浓度等处理,探究其对紫薇种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:紫薇果实纵径为(13.99±0.98)mm、横径为(11.07±0.68)mm,变异系数在4.97%~7.52%之间,果实大小较为均匀;出种率为(11.95±2.89)%,种子长度为(2.10±0.22)mm,种翅长度为(5.43±0.28)mm,种子大小差别较大;千粒重为(3.58±0.46)g。在55℃温水浸种条件下,随着浸种时间的延长,发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均呈下降趋势,其中浸种30 min效果最佳;GA3浓度和培养温度均对种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数具有一定影响,以50 mg/L GA3浸种24 h、培养温度25℃条件下萌发效果最好。In this study,the fruit of Lagerstroemia indica′Caixia Mantian′with dark pink petals was used as the experimental materials to determine the seed percentage of the fruit,capsule length and width,seed length and width,and 1000-grain weight;and the effects of soaking time,culture temperature and GA3 concentration on seed germination and seedling growth of L.indica were studied by setting up different soaking times,culture temperatures and GA3 concentrations.The results showed that the capsule length was(13.99±0.98)mm,the transverse diameter was(11.07±0.68)mm,the coefficient of variation was 4.97%-7.52%,the fruit was fairly uniform in size.The seed percentage of L.indica fruit was(11.95±2.89)%,the seed length was(2.10±0.22)mm,the seed wing length was(5.43±0.28)mm,the seed was significant difference in size,and the 1000-grain weight was(3.58±0.46)g.Under the condition of soaking seeds in warm water at 55℃,the germination rate,germination potential and germination index all showed a decreasing trend with the extension of soaking time,and soaking 30 min had the best effect.Both GA3 concentration and culture temperature had certain effects on seed germination rate,germination potential and germination index,the germination effect was best under the conditions of soaking seeds with 50 mg/L GA3 for 24 hours and culture temperature of 25℃.
