摘 要:为优化春兰分株繁殖技术,以NAA为处理试剂,以兰苗成活率为评价指标,采用单因素试验、正交试验优化春兰分株繁殖影响因素。结果表明:影响因素顺序为NAA浸泡时间>NAA浓度>环境温度>光照强度>光照时间。根据正交试验k值可得,春兰分株繁殖影响因素最优组合为NAA浓度0.3 mg/L、浸泡时间15 min、环境温度21℃、光照强度1 000 lx、光照时间10 h/d。经验证,在此优化因素下,春兰分株繁殖实际成活率高达82.76%。In order to optimize the propagation technology of Cymbidium goeringii,NAA was used as the treatment reagent,the survival rate of Cymbidium goeringii was used as the evaluation index,and single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment were used to optimize the influencing factors of splitting propagation of Cymbidium goeringii.The results showed that the order of influencing factors was NAA soaking time>NAA concentration>environmental temperature>light intensity>light time.According to the k value of the orthogonal experiment,the optimal combination of factors affecting the splitting propagation of Cymbidium goeringii was NAA concentration of 0.3 mg/L,soaking time of 15 min,environmental temperature of 21℃,light intensity of 1000 lx and light time of 10 h/d.After verification,under these optimization factors,the actual survival rate of splitting propagation of Cymbidium goeringii was as high as 82.76%.
