摘　　要：本文以香果树种子为研究对象,探索不同培养温度、浸种温度、贮藏方法和播种基质对香果树种子萌发的影响。结果表明:变温更有利于香果树种子萌发,最适萌发温度为20℃黑暗12 h、30℃光照12 h,种子发芽率为78.67%,发芽势为70.67%,且萌发启动时间最早;香果树种子种皮较薄,透水透气性好,经过20℃水浸种后种子的发芽率、发芽势均表现最佳,分别为48.00%、23.00%;不同贮藏方法和播种基质对香果树种子萌发影响显著,室温干藏为香果树种子最佳贮藏方法,室温干藏后香果树种子发芽率、发芽势分别为53.68%、38.60%;泥炭、河沙、椰糠和营养土4种播种基质中泥炭中香果树种子发芽率、发芽势分别为69.67%、60.00%,为香果树最佳播种基质。This paper took Emmenopterys henryi seeds as the research object,explored the effects of different cultivation temperatures,soaking temperatures,storage methods,and sowing substrates on the seed germination of Emmenopterys henryi.The results showed that variable temperature was more conducive to the seed germination of Emmenopterys henryi.The optimal germination temperature was 20℃in darkness for 12 hours and 30℃in light for 12 hours.The germination rate of the seeds was 78.67%,the germination energy was 70.67%,and the germination start time was the earliest.The seed coat of Emmenopterys henryi was relatively thin,with good water permeability and air permeability.After soaking in water at 20℃,the germination rate and germination energy of the seeds were both the best,reaching 48.00%and 23.00%,respectively.Different storage methods and sowing substrates had significant impacts on the seed germination of Emmenopterys henryi.Dry storage at room temperature was the best storage method for Emmenopterys henryi seeds.After dry storage at room temperature,the germination rate and germination energy of Emmenopterys henryi seeds were 53.68%and 38.60%,respectively.Among the four kinds of sowing substrates(peat,river sand,coconut bran and nutrient soil),the germination rate and germination energy of Emmenopterys henryi seeds in peat were 69.67%and 60.00%,respectively,so peat was the best sowing substrate for Emmenopterys henryi.
