摘　　要：目前,我国烤烟上部叶由于组织结构紧密、成熟度差、烟碱含量高、刺激性大等质量问题导致其可用性差,一定程度上限制了其在国内卷叶品牌的应用。本文就品种、环境因子、栽培管理措施、烘烤调制技术等方面对上部烟叶可用性的影响研究进展进行了综述,并对烤烟上部叶可用性的未来发展作了展望,旨在为优质上部叶开发提供理论依据和生产指导。At present,due to quality issues such as tight organizational structure,poor maturity,high nicotine content and high irritancy,the usability of upper tobacco leaves is poor,which limits their application in domestic tobacco brands to some extent.This paper reviewed the research progress on the impact of variety,environmental factors,cultivation management measures and baking and modulation techniques on the usability of upper tobacco leaves,and look forward to the future development of the usability of upper tobacco leaves,so as to provide theoretical basis and production guidance for the development of high-quality upper tobacco leaves.
