摘 要:松材线虫病防治一直是林业管理中的难题。本文采用2.3%甲维盐微乳剂对3个试验地点(朱家尖、普陀山岛和嵊泗岛)的黑松(Pinus thunbergii)进行注干施药,分析施药一年后树冠不同部位的枝条中甲维盐残留量。结果表明,不同试验地点间、树冠不同部位间枝条中甲维盐残留量均存在差异。其中:普陀山岛的黑松枝条中甲维盐平均残留量最高,朱家尖的黑松枝条中甲维盐平均残留量最低,分别为31.64 mg/kg和10.36 mg/kg;树冠下部枝条中甲维盐平均残留量最高,树冠上部枝条中甲维盐平均残留量最低。相关分析表明,各试验地点的黑松枝条中甲维盐残留量与胸径均呈负相关。推测黑松胸径、树冠大小以及树冠不同部位黑松蒸腾速率的差异是枝条中甲维盐残留量存在差异的主要原因。Pine wilt disease control has always been a difficult problem in forestry management.In this paper,2.3%emamectin benzoate ME was injected into black pine(Pinus thunbergii)trunk at three experimental sites(Zhu-jiajian,Putuoshan Island and Shengsi Island),one year later,the residual amount of emamectin benzoate in the branches of different crown parts was determined and analyzed.The results showed that there were differences in the residual amount of emamectin benzoate in the branches between different experimental sites and different parts of the tree crown.Among them,the average residual amount of emamectin benzoate in black pine branches from Putuoshan Island was the highest,and the average residual amount of emamectin benzoate in black pine branches from Zhujiajian was the lowest,which were 31.64 mg/kg and 10.36 mg/kg,respectively.The average residual amount of emamectin benzoate in the branches of the lower crown was the highest,while the average residual amount of emamectin benzoate in the branches of upper crown was the lowest.Correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between the residual amount of emamectin benzoate in black pine branches and the diameter at breast height(DBH)at each experimental site.It was speculated that the differences of DBH,crown size and transpiration rate in different parts of the tree crown were the main reasons for the difference of emamectin benzoate residues in branches.
