摘 要:为探究德清县下渚湖养殖青虾(Macrobrachium nipponense)体内氨基脲(semicarbazide,SEM)的本底情况和存在特征,采集了养殖青虾样品73批次、野生青虾样品9批次,对样品的肌肉、背壳和肝胰腺进行了SEM含量检测分析。结果表明:养殖青虾肌肉中SEM的检出值主要集中在2.35~8.51μg/kg之间,平均值为(4.41±1.54)μg/kg,5%~95%置信区间为2.46~7.53μg/kg;背壳中SEM的检出值主要集中在71.98~266.04μg/kg之间,平均值为(143.07±40.27)μg/kg,5%~95%置信区间为98.51~233.12μg/kg;肝胰腺中SEM的检出值集中在3.91~17.42μg/kg之间,平均值为(9.19±2.67)μg/kg,5%~95%置信区间为5.49~14.52μg/kg。青虾组织中SEM含量呈现背壳>肝胰腺>肌肉的分布特征,且养殖青虾组织内SEM的含量普遍高于野生青虾。研究结果可为甲壳类水产品中SEM残留限量标准的修订提供基础数据。In order to investigate the background situation and existing characteristics of semicarbazide(SEM)in the body of cultured Macrobrachium nipponense in Xiazhu Lake of Deqing County,73 batches of cultured shrimp samples and 9 batches of wild shrimp samples were collected,and SEM content in muscles,dorsal valve and hepatopancreas of the samples were detected and analyzed.The results indicated that in the cultured shrimp samples,the detection value of SEM in muscles was mainly concentrated 2.35-8.51μg/kg,the average was(4.41±1.54)μg/kg,and the 5%-95%confidence interval was 2.46-7.53μg/kg;the detection value of SEM in the dorsal valve was mainly concentrated 71.98-266.04μg/kg,the average was(143.07±40.27)μg/kg,and the 5%-95%confidence interval was 98.51-233.12μg/kg;the detection value of SEM in hepatopancreas was mainly concentrated 3.91-17.42μg/kg,the average was(9.19±2.67)μg/kg,and the 5%-95%confidence interval was 5.49-14.52μg/kg.The SEM content in the tissue of Macrobra-chium nipponense showed a distribution pattern of dorsal valve>hepatopancreas>muscle.The SEM content in the tissue of cultured Macrobrachium nipponense was generally higher than that of wild Macrobrachium nipponense.The research results could provide basic data for the revision of SEM residue limit standards about crustacean aquatic products.
