摘 要:热可擦笔是一种非常实用的新型笔,它的原理是利用热敏感材料的特性,通过摩擦加热来实现消色。这种笔的使用非常方便,可以在各种材料上书写,而且可以随时擦除,非常适合需要频繁修改的场合。按动式热可擦笔或热可擦替芯通常采用封蜡方式进行运输及保存。由于封蜡时的加工温度会远超过墨水变色温度,造成笔芯的初写性能不良,影响消费者使用。因此,我们对低熔点笔芯封蜡工艺进行了研究,通过现用笔芯封蜡的组分进行分析及配方构建,优化笔芯封蜡的生产工艺,研究笔芯封蜡的熔点、黏度、剥离力等,最终实现了低熔点笔芯封蜡的开发与应用。A thermal erasable pen is a very practical new type of pen,which utilizes the characteristics of thermosensitive materials to achieve color fading through frictional heating.This type of pen is very convenient to use,can write on various materials,and can be erased at any time,making it very suitable for situations that require frequent modifications.Pushable hot erasable pens or hot erasable replacement cores are usually transported and stored using wax sealing methods.However,due to the processing temperature during wax sealing far exceeding the ink discoloration temperature,the initial writing performance of the pen core is poor,affecting consumer use.Therefore,we conducted research on low melting point pen core sealing wax,analyzed the components and formulated the current pen core sealing wax,optimized the production process of pen core sealing wax,studied the melting point,viscosity,peeling force,et al.,and ultimately achieved the development and application of low melting point pen core sealing wax.
