摘　　要：特发性炎性肌病(IIM)是一种病因不明的、以四肢近端肌肉受累和慢性炎症为突出表现的异质性自身免疫性疾病,可累及多个系统,其中间质性肺病(ILD)是IIM最常见的呼吸系统受累表现。该文总结了当前IIM动物模型及相关ILD模型构建方法,为后续IIM-ILD模型构建及研究提供参考。Idiopathic inflammatory myopathy(IIM)is a heterogeneous autoimmune disease of unknown etiology characterized by proximal limb muscle involvement and chronic inflammation.Multiple systems may be involved,with interstitial lung disease(ILD)being the most common manifestation of respiratory system involvement in IIM.This article summarizes the current methods of myositis animal models and myositis-associated ILD model construction methods,so as to provide reference for the subsequent construction and research of IIM-ILD models.
