摘　　要：以2008—2020年全国283个城市为研究对象,采用固定效应模型检验地方政府治理各维度对知识密集型服务业集聚的总体及区域差异化影响效应,同时引入市场需求和技术创新两个中介变量分析地方政府治理影响知识密集型服务业集聚的路径机制。研究结果显示:(1)地方政府治理能力提升显著促进知识密集型服务业集聚;(2)在不同区域,地方政府治理对知识密集型服务业集聚影响效应存在较大差异;(3)市场需求和技术创新均在地方政府治理对知识密集型服务业集聚的影响中发挥了中介作用。基于上述结论,提出相应的政策建议:一是要加强产业外部环境建设,构筑知识密集型服务业高质量集聚基础支撑;二是要充分激发市场潜力,加快产业高质量融合发展;三是要提升创新要素集聚能力,推动知识密集型服务业合理化集聚;四是各区域应立足现实精准施策,优化产业集聚结构。Taking 283 cities in China from 2008 to 2020 as the research object,this paper uses the fixed-effect model to test the overall and regional differentiated effects of various dimensions of local government governance on the agglomeration of knowledge-intensive service industries.Meanwhile,two intermediary variables of market demand and technological innovation are introduced to analyze the path mechanism of local government governance affecting the agglomeration of knowledge-intensive service industries.The results show that:(1)The improvement of local government governance ability significantly promotes the agglomeration of knowledge-intensive service industries.(2)In different regions,the influence of local government governance on the agglomeration of knowledge-intensive service industries is quite different.(3)Both market demand and technological innovation play a mediating role in the influence of local government governance on the agglomeration of knowledge-intensive service industries.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations at the national and regional levels respectively:First,we should strengthen the construction of the external environment of the industry and build the basic support of high-quality agglomeration of knowledge-intensive service industries;Second,we should fully stimulate the market potential and accelerate the high-quality integrated development of industries.Third,it is necessary to enhance the agglomeration ability of innovation factors and promote the rational agglomeration of knowledge-intensive service industries.Fourth,each region should base on the reality of accurate policies to optimize the industrial agglomeration structure.
