摘　　要：随着国家金融风险防控攻坚战的有效推进,金融行业各领域的强监管序幕渐序拉开。在此背景下,2023年国家金融监督管理总局修订出台《汽车金融公司管理办法》,进一步强化对汽车金融公司的监督管理,引导其依法合规经营,确保稳定持续运转。此次修订以规范行业发展、预防行业风险为基本宗旨,在引导汽车金融公司聚焦服务于扩大汽车消费和发展汽车产业的基础上,进一步突出自身功能定位的差异性和独特性,并以此来增强公司专业化金融服务水平,推进供给侧结构在汽车行业的改革。新修订的法规在加强汽车金融公司运营管理安全性、合规性的同时,改进对汽车金融公司的监管要求。未来,随着相关法规的不断完善,必将实现汽车金融公司的高质量发展,为汽车行业带来新的发展机遇。With the effective promotion of the national financial risk prevention and control battle,the strong supervision in various fields of the financial industry has gradually begun.In this context,in 2023,the State Financial Supervision and Administration revised and issued the"Management Measures for Auto Finance Companies"to further strengthen the supervision and management of auto finance companies,guide their operation according to law and compliance,and ensure stable and sustainable operation.With the basic purpose of regulating the development of the industry and preventing industry risks,the revision further highlights the differences and uniqueness of its functional positioning on the basis of guiding auto fi nance companies to focus on serving the expansion of automobile consumption and the development of the automobile industry,and in this way enhances the level of professional fi nancial services of the company and promotes the reform of the supplyside structure in the automobile industry.The newly revised regulations improve the regulatory requirements for auto fi nance companies while strengthening the operation and management safety and compliance of auto fi nance companies.In the future,with the continuous improvement of relevant regulations,the high-quality development of auto fi nance companies will be achieved,bringing new development opportunities for the automotive industry.
