摘 要:为实现“一站式”后勤服务体系,医院需要比传统后勤管理更为现代化和智能化的方案,而一个能够运用AI算法创新性地进行高频重复报修工单自动识别、建筑设备故障预测、维保质量量化评价和重复工单自动挖掘的数据驱动的智慧运维平台,是实现“一站式”后勤服务体系的有力支撑。该平台在新华医院应用后,实现了被动式、粗放式运维向主动式、智慧化运维转变,大大提升了医院建筑使用体验和安全保障,达到提质增效、节能减排效果,并继续探索数据赋能的建筑运维向后勤运维全生命期服务转型。In order to realize a"One-stop"logistics service system,hospitals need a more modern and intelligent solution than traditional logistics management,and a data-driven intelligent operation and maintenance platform that can use AI algorithms to innovatively carry out automatic identification of high-frequency repeated repair work orders,construction equipment failure prediction,quantitative evaluation of maintenance quality and automatic mining of duplicate work orders is a strong support for the realization of a"One-stop"logistics service system.After the application of the platform in Xinhua Hospital,it has realized the transformation from passive and extensive operation and maintenance to active and intelligent operation and maintenance,greatly improved the use experience and safety guarantee of hospital buildings,achieved the effects of improving quality and efficiency,energy conservation and emission reduction,and continued to explore the transformation of data-empowered building operation and maintenance to logistics operation and maintenance life-cycle services.
