血清HIF-1α及SP-D在儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘中的诊断意义

摘　　要：目的探索血清缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)和肺表面活性蛋白D(SP-D)在儿童变异性哮喘中的诊断意义。方法2020年1月-2021年12月期间,选取海南现代妇女儿童医院80例咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患儿作为研究对象,选取同期进行健康体检的80例儿童作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测患儿血清HIF-1α和SP-D水平,同时测定患儿肺通气功能。结果与对照组相比,CVA组血清HIF-1α及SP-D水平升高(P<0.05),CVA组FVC、FEV1均低于对照组,CVA组血清HIF-1α和SP-D水平与用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC之间均无显著相关性。结论血清HIF-1α及SP-D水平可作为儿童CVA诊断的辅助指标。Objective To explore the diagnostic significance of serum hypoxia-inducible factor lα(HIF-1a)and surfactant associated protein D(SP-D)in childhood cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods A total of 80 children with CVA admitted to Hainan Modern Women and Children's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the reseach subjects,and 80 children who underwent health examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum levels of HIF-1αand SP-D of the children were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the pulmonary ventilation function of the children was also measured.Results Compared with the control group,the serum levels of HIF-1αand SP-D in the CVA group increased(P<0.05).Forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV.)in the CVA group were lower than those in the control group.There was no significant correlation between HIF-1αand SP-D levels and FVC,FEV,and FEV,/FVC in the CVA group.Conclusion The serum levels of HIF-lαand SP-D can be used as auxiliary indicators for the diagnosis of childhood CVA.
